It is night time now. Thank goodness the long tiring day has ended. Today's training is pretty tough and tiring. Had training since in morning and ended in the evening just before dinner. Week two of day one only. Wonder how am I going to take it for the rest of the week as well as the next 5 to 6 weeks. 😱😭😵

Is that your best?

Something that my Taekwondo coach used to say. Guess I shall use that as a reminder and a motivation to cope through this week.
